Faker 1
Wouldn’t you want to see a new episode from the old 1980’s He-Man and the Masters of the Universe? It was made for kids and definitely was not to be taken seriously on an adult format. But I know I would kill to see a new episode from this series. Even better would be to see some characters that never made appearances in that show, such as King Hiss (Hsss) or maybe Stinkor. Guess what? The official He-Man YouTube channel is making their own episode…to an extent. This new episode will show the proper version of the Masters character – Faker. This robotic evil version of He-Man had appeared once before in the episode The Shaping Staff, but was not blue and orange like his toy counterpart. This new episode is suppose to entail new cells in HD format but still recycle older animation as well. Regardless, I am still excited to this in all it’s original 1980’s cheesy glory! Check out the trailer below.

Batman v. Superman grossed over $870 million worldwide and could hardly be considered a failure. But many fans were disappointed in the story, the characterizations, and the overall tone that was set in the DC Universe by director Zack Snyder. The darkness was more bleak and gave little thought of hope in this universe, which is a huge contrast from the rivaling Marvel cinematic universe. But there could yet be hope. It seems as though Warner Brothers has listened to many vocal fans and according to HollywoodReporter.com, WB has placed both Jon Berg and Geoff Johns in charge of the direction of the future movies coming from the Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman universe. This could be incredible news.

Wonder Woman

Who is Geoff Johns and Jon Berg? Johns is better known for writing numerous DC titles and story arcs, including Darkest Night from the Green Lantern books. He is also the current Chief Creative Officer of DC Comics. He is an all around geek and does show lots of love for his characters and has incredible talent for writing stories. Berg I know very little about except his position at Warner Brothers. But with Geoff helping steer the direction of the future DC movies, many fans are hopeful that the future installments will be more optimistic than what has been given so far.

Superman

What do you think? There are a lot of movies set to come out in the next couple of years from DC characters and if the fanbase continues to lose interest, there could be problems. Batman v. Superman was an entertaining movie but it did have its flaws like all movies. Hopefully with Berg and Johns included, the future movies will be on a different course and the positives will outweigh the negatives.

Serpentine King Hsss Masters of the Universe Classics Toy Review (3).Movie_Snapshot

If you had a Matty Collector Sub from the 2015 series of the Masters of the Universe Classics toyline, then you were promised an alternate body for the 200x King Hssss figure that was released. However this never happened. Luckily., Matty Collector fixed this by making Serpentine King Hssss available to those that had the 2015 sub in March 2016. Here he is, and he is pretty darn awesome! He’s simply the snake version of King Hssss, but he is much more ‘snakey’ and comes with interchangeable heads and alternate weapons. I think this was a great investment!

He-Man the Eternity War Comic Book Review (3).Movie_Snapshot

The Eternity War ends this current arc in the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe DC comic book series. It was an epic series and this did have a beginning and end to it. Will there be a continuation of the series? Right now everything is up in the air. But if this is the ending, it was great ending!

Queen Veena (5).Movie_Snapshot

Queen Grayskull, also just known as Veena from the 200x Masters of the Universe Cartoon series is out. We never got a figure of her back when the 200x series being done, so it is fitting that we get her now with the Matty Collector sub. She is an incredible figure and a great addition to the Masters of the Universe Classics line. Her and King Grayskull make fine additions to any He-Man collection.

Castle Grayskull (5).Movie_Snapshot

Castle Grayskull! This thing is incredible. The Masters of the Universe Classics toyline released this playset to go with their toyline and it is epic on so many scales. The design and detail put into it are top notch. There are small issues with it but overall it is a great playset to go with any adult collectors run. If you have the room for it.

Bio:Standing solitary in the desolate lands of Eternia, the legendary home of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe offers safe haven for defenders of all that is good. Whether you’re a dedicated fan of the original series or new to the Classics line, no collection will truly be complete without Castle Grayskull.

Dare He Ro II (2).Movie_Snapshot

The son also rises… he can’t help it, it’s in his blood. Don’t doubt Dare… this offspring of Teela® and He-Man® doesn’t hesitate to step into his role as the next guardian of the Sword of Power. He-Ro II comes with his sword and laser gun.

After He-Man returned to Eternia following the apparent defeat of Skeletor, he at long last wed his childhood friend and sweetheart Teela. Together they ruled over a peaceful Eternia, free at last from the factions that had fought over it for so long. But in his distant dimensional prison, the Unnamed One re-amassed power. With the help of Evil-Lyn’s son, he was released and struck out against guardians of the Sword of He. Dare, the teenage son of Adam and Teela, took his rightful place and claimed his father’s sword, becoming the new He-Ro, named for the legendary Wizard Warrior of Preternia. Using the Sword of Power, He-Ro fought the Unnamed One, eventually slaying him with the very power he once sought to control.

The Fall of Grayskull movie is out! If you head over to FallofGrayskull.com, you can see the full movie of the Fall of Grayskull. This was a fan made movie that was more intense and accurate than any other Masters of the Universe movie/video that has been made. It was insanely awesome and great in so many ways. Check out the movie when you can get a chance. There is a prequel comic book that also goes along with this movie to explain the set up of what is happening.

Here it is, the second part to the Fall of Eternia storyline from the Masters of the Universe Classics storyline. He-Ro II aka Dare, is sent back in time to recruit the help of the original He-Ro to defeat the Unnamed One, aka Gorpo. Excellent comic and just one more part to come out to conclude the entire Classics storyline.
