Young Avengers Vol 2 FINAL Vimeo.Movie_Snapshot

This is the second part to the Young Avengers first series that debut from Marvel Comics back in 2005. This review encompasses issues #7-12 and includes two stories. This first story is called Secret Identities and revolves around Patriot and his abilities as a superhero. The second story is a background story that explains Hulkling’s unique origin. Incredibly original story and great artwork illustrating this team’s dynamics.

The New Avengers 1 (2).Movie_Snapshot

Yes, Wiccan and Hulkling are back in the New Avengers #1 from Marvel Comics. Also, for some reason, Squirrel Girl is part of the team. She’s mostly been comedic relief up to this point, but maybe she will be useful sometime down the road. She did defeat Thanos.

The comic starts off good, introduces the main villain and let’s the reader know that the upcoming issues are going to be going in different directions than previous Avenger teams. The team up of the characters are vastly different and should prove to be a good read for future issues.
