Set on the world of Nexus and its surrounding moons, Exodus is the story of gods, monsters and humans. Euribatos is a warrior for King Dargos. He is also a badass fighter. Meanwhile in the kingdom of Delphox there exists Alcyoneus, a magic apprentice who may be a future sacrifice for the new ruling god of their world. Both are from different areas but their destinies are intertwined to a future adventure that will be unfolding in the later issues to this series.

Walking Bed- Class Comics zombie parody based on Image’s Walking Dead comic book. This features Erick and Glenn as the sole survivors of their group and their intimate budding relationship. Great comic book, and I forgot it was a parody by the end of the story. Total surprise at the conclusion.

The Ray is back in the DC Universe and will be joining the Justice League of America. This one-shot issue serves as a new origin and a coming out story for the Ray, also known as Raymond Terrill. Grant Morrison re-envisioned the character as being a gay man in the Multiversity story and this translated over into the main DC Universe. Raymond has been absent mostly from the DC Universe in the past couple of years. This issue has writer Steve Orlando re-telling a great coming of age superhero story that keeps many of his basic roots from the former DC Universe while also re-imagining other aspects. Artist Stephen Byrne illustrates each panel great with an almost cartoon vibe coming from it. Great issue and spectacular way to usher in a character that will be deservedly part of a heroic superhero team in the DC Universe.

Ever wonder about how one of the most famous ginger superheroes in the Class Comics Universe started on his adventures? Go back to 1943 and we get out answer. Not only are former superheroes from the past explored, but we find some connections with other Class Comics characters that started in this book. The trade paperback collection of Naked Justice Beginnings collects the first 4 issues of the origin story for Felix Himner, aka Naked Justice. This book was published by Bruno Gmünder, written by Patrick Fillion. The art was mostly completed by Jacob Mott in issues #1-3 and by JC Soto in issue number #4.

Have you ever heard of a Mormon superhero that was granted angelic superpowers? Neither have I, but writer Brian Anderson has created a very cool superhero that is exactly this. In fact, he has created two superheroes, both a male and female that has this exactly premise. The first three issues are out and an annual is being made at this time. Here’s my thoughts on this series.
